Which events can I book online?
Events featuring at “Upcoming Events” section on the SAIL Hospitality website are available for online booking, subject to package availability.
How do I purchase hospitality online?
Select your preferred event and hospitality package, add it to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You may continue browsing before completing payment. New users may need to register an account before completing a booking.
Can I submit an enquiry instead of paying online?
Yes. If you prefer not to complete payment online, you may submit an enquiry and a member of the SAIL Hospitality team will contact you directly.
Is it safe to submit information online?
Yes. SAIL Hospitality uses secure online technology and encrypted payment systems to protect customer information and transactions.

Booking & Payments
How do I book hospitality?
Hospitality bookings can be made directly through the SAIL Hospitality website or through the SAIL Hospitality sales team. Once availability is confirmed, a booking form and proforma invoice will be issued.
When is my booking confirmed?
Receipt of a valid tax invoice confirms the booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing with SAIL
What payment methods are accepted?

Can I reserve packages without payment?

How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be issued to the lead contact listed on the hospitality booking. Depending on the event, tickets may either be shared digitally via email or require physical collection.

Where do I collect my tickets?
For events requiring physical tickets, collection details including venue, operating hours, and collection procedures will be communicated directly to the lead contact prior to the event.
Can lost tickets be replaced?
Unfortunately, lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot always be replaced. Ticket replacement policies vary depending on the event organiser and ticketing provider.
Can tickets be transferred to another guest?
Hospitality packages may be transferable depending on the event organiser and ticketing policies. Requests should be submitted to SAIL Hospitality prior to the event.
Can tickets be transferred or resold?
Hospitality tickets may not be transferred, resold, or distributed for commercial gain without prior written approval from SAIL Hospitality or the event organiser.
Which entrance should hospitality guests use?
Dedicated hospitality entrances may apply depending on the venue and package purchased. Full access information and entry instructions will be communicated to the lead booking contact prior to the event.
What should I bring on event day?

Can I leave and re-enter the venue?
Venue re-entry policies differ depending on the event and stadium regulations. In many cases, re-admission is not permitted once tickets have been scanned for entry.
Will I need to go through security screening?
